The MARTIAL artisan bakery and patisserie in La Môle offers you home-made sweet and savoury delights.

On the bakery side, you’ll find a wide variety of crusty old-fashioned breads, pastries and traditional pastries prepared with passion and know-how by our artisan pastry chef and our bakers from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

A must in the village of La Môle, the Martial bakery offers a wide variety of traditional breads and homemade pastries, combining tradition and modernity.
At La Môle, our artisan bakers carefully craft traditional breads, baguettes and speciality loaves from selected 100% natural flours, to the rhythm of sourdough.
On the pastry side, Martial Bruno, a pastry chef by training, revisits the great classics of traditional patisserie in this new gourmet space in the heart of the Gulf of St-Tropez.
Here, delicious artisanal creations take center stage to delight the gourmet taste buds of local customers.

Our
story

Martial Bruno , 32, born in La Môle and a qualified pastry chef, was inspired from an early age to set up his own business, following in the footsteps of his father, a restaurateur whom he had already assisted in the kitchen as a child. premises in his village of La Môle. Seeing this as a sign of honor for his village, he opened his bakery and patisserie in Spring 2024.
From a classical training background, Martial did his apprenticeship with Claude Donetti in Cogolin, then worked in establishments on the Saint-Tropez peninsula and internationally with Michelin-starred chefs such as Michel Roux. This new gourmet address in the village offers special sourdough breads and revisited classics of traditional pastries, to the delight of residents of La Môle and customers from the Gulf and Saint-Tropez.
